This position requires the management of all of the
flotilla’s management information data. It includes accuracy and timely
input of all members training and operational time, personnel emergency
contact information, and reporting this data to the flotilla membership and
up the chain of leadership for force status, resource forecasting and award
qualification.
We have all heard the old
saying “The mission isn’t finished until the paperwork is complete”. This
information is critical for upper management to evaluate activities
performed and provide resources for future missions. It is my intention to
provide formal instruction in the coming year on the different forms
required for the various missions and the accurate completion of electronic
versions of all forms available. It is my goal to have 100% member
participation in timely and accurate accounting of missions and member
accomplishments on a monthly basis. If you ever have questions please don’t
