 Some of the Duties of the FSO-FN Are:
- Exercise staff responsibility and supervision over all flotilla financial matters and keep flotilla
   members informed of the status.
- Become familiar with the Standing Rules. If clarification of any financial matter is required consult
  the FC.
- In conjunction with the FC and the Audit Committee ensure that the annual unit audit is performed. - Keep complete and understandable records of all receipts, disbursements, and other financial
  transactions.
