A Message From The Webmaster
Our Website debuted on February 4th, 2003.
I sincerely hope that each member of Flotilla 14-8 will take the time to visit all the links contained in this site. A wealth of information about the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and your roll in it, is only a mouse click away. I certainly have learned a lot by exploring the hundreds of pages created by the Coast Guard, Coast Guard Auxiliary, and it's individual flotillas, and I've tried to bring the highlights of that research to our website. This website belongs to the members of Flotilla 14-8 and hope that each of it's members will assist in websites "evolution". As you explore the sites pages and links to other websites, please communicate your ideas to me. My job is putting your ideas on the Internet for the benefit of our flotilla and the public. A link  to send me an email is located at the bottom of every page on this website. I look forward to your comments and ideas as well as corrections and criticisms. And Please check back frequently, additions, corrections and changes are happening daily in this early stage of development. Each page is dated with the latest update.  Many of these changes are directed by your input!

Congratulations Webmasters!

  http://www.cgaux.org/cgauxweb/home_frame_760a.htm

Your hard work has helped speed the Auxiliary along the information superhighway, making it easier for our members and the public we serve.

For those of you who were not at NACON, you will be receiving a certificate which was presented to your Commodore.  First place sites will be receiving a great looking trophy, also given to your Commodore.  Attached are logos (1 Star for Runner-up and 5 Star for first place websites) which you can post on your websites accordingly.

Great job, and we hope to see you again in the 2004 competition!
